The food was absolutely delicious, and the manager, staff, and reception were all incredibly kind. This place made the perfect end to my day. I live in Palisades Park, but I’m 100% willing to visit again. You should definitely give it a try!

I tried all the dishes in this photo today with friends, and everything was absolutely delicious! Especially, the tenderloin katsu was the most tender pork cutlet I’ve ever had. The sweet potato creme brulee was also an amazing dessert. I’m definitely coming back. Plus, the service was fantastic-thank you!

We LOVED everything we had! The corn ribs & Korean fried chicken are flavorful appetizers. Our dinners were amazing and the shaved ice and creme brulee sweet potato were a fantastic way to end our meal!

Their lunch is outstanding! It comes with a combo with what you order like a coup, famous veggie fried ball and salad. It’s not crowded during lunch as well. A little improvement is rushing to take back dishes and cleaning during dinner. We had been there for two times during dinner. A lady working there kept asking me if we are done with the dishes even though we were still working on it. I know it’s busy during; however it should give customers enough time to enjoy the food instead of rushing us out

Domoto is worth the hype. The food, service and atmosphere was impeccable. We celebrated a birthday and ordered 14 dishes. Favorites included Salmon tataki, Mochi waffle and chicken, Corn corn, Miso salmon and Spicy tuna roll. The Sweet potato creme brulee is divine.

Why have we not experienced this magnificent place before?! We had dinner at Domoto Katsu and Roll. Walking in, we loved the comfortable and serene vibe and already knew this was going to be a great place to try out. For appetizers, we had Corn Corn, Ebi Sando, and Miso soup for each our our meals. The Corn Corn - perfection with the roasted corn and the sauce provided was good. The Ebi Sando (close to Shrimp sandwiches) was my favorite appetizer. You can taste bits of the shrimp jammed in with other vegetables. It was so good. Our Miso soup was tasty and hot - I wanted more tofu floating around and probably the first time spinach was used in a miso soup. I had the spinach Udon. The spinach was fine floating around, I didn't think too much of it. Between the spinach in the miso soup and then more in my upon soup - lots of greens. The udon was handmade. Soft, delicious. I loved it, you can tell it was handmade and worth the slumps. I'm already looking forward to the next visit. There is more we want to try out. Staff was attentive and friendly. Food was superb and restaurant was clean and spacious. Parking lot is available and connects to a bubble tea place. Until we dine again!

The interior is neat, clean, and modern with a minimalist touch—very inviting. Every dish we tried was excellent. From the rolls to the katsu and noodles, everything was full of flavor and well-prepared. The prices are on the higher side, but you really get what you pay for. If you care about quality ingredients and thoughtful preparation, it’s worth it. Definitely recommend this place.

Best Donkatu ever! The Nagasaki noodle were also excellent! Also, don't miss Asahi non-alcoholic beer. It's a perfect match with all food here. Next time, I will bring a bottle of wine since they allow BYOB!!!
